Identify Opportunity In Adversity

COVID-19 has changed life as we knew it. While the initial phase was mostly about managing ‘survival’, the focus is now on driving ‘revival’. We have to focus our investments on avenues that will not only provide for the future, but also enable us to cover up the missing gains that would have normally accrued during the past year and half.

Investment opportunities are available across a wide spectrum, ranging from Industrial to Commercial, Residential to Hospitality (hotels), Logistics to City Center and High Access Corridor plots. 

Those setting up businesses tend to be concerned about the infrastructure aspect, especially whether utilities will be developed in time and whether they will be sufficient for catering to their long-term needs. Even when you look at it from this angle, a Dholera investment makes perfect sense, as everything required, from gas to water, ICT and more is already available right at the plot level itself.

In fact, the icing on the cake is that utilities in Dholera SIR have been planned and constructed with a 30-year horizon, so they will be more than adequate for requirements over the next three decades. Moreover, at an overall, comprehensive development level, operations at many of the mega-scale infrastructure projects have already commenced whereas others are at varying stages.

No wonder discerning buyers with an eye on significant returns on investment are making a beeline for the various land opportunities at Dholera SIR.
